Contractor Partnership Agreement

Effective Date: August 21, 2026
This Contractor Partnership Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms under which RoofInspectPro provides qualified roofing leads to the participating contractor (the “Contractor”). By accepting a Qualified Lead, the Contractor agrees to the following terms.
1. Contractor Benefits

- No cold calling
- Reduced marketing costs
- Increased project opportunities
- Consistent lead generation
- Growth-focused partnership
2. Lead and Success Fee Structure
Exclusive Lead Fee
$100–$150
per Qualified Lead
Success Fee on Completed Projects
- Projects up to $25,000 10%
- Projects from $25,001 to $50,000 12.5%
- Projects over $50,000 15%

3. Payment Terms
- Lead fees are due upon acceptance of the Qualified Lead.
- Success fees become due upon execution of a contract between the contractor and homeowner.
- Contractor agrees to accurately report project values resulting from RoofInspectPro referrals.
- Payment is due within ten (10) business days of receiving payment from the homeowner or project funding.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card / Debit Card / Check, Digital Payments, or Mobile Pay.
4. Reporting Requirements
Contractor agrees to notify RoofInspectPro of the following:
- Inspection scheduled
- Estimate delivered
- Contract signed
- Project completed
- Total contract value
5. Non-Circumvention Clause
Contractor agrees that any homeowner or client introduced by RoofInspectPro shall not be bypassed, diverted, or contracted outside of RoofInspectPro for the purpose of avoiding payment of lead fees or success fees.
If a contractor directly or indirectly enters into an agreement with a referred client without properly reporting the project to RoofInspectPro, the contractor remains fully liable for all applicable lead fees and success fees as outlined in this agreement.
